The Center for Complexity and Self-management of Chronic Disease (CSCD) is led by two co-directors, an Executive Committee, PIs of past and current pilot projects, senior investigators lending their expertise as mentors, and an External Steering Committee. Investigators interested in using, contributing and collaborating with Center researchers can be added as members. Applying for membership requires a one page application and submission of a Curriculum Vitae.
