The Center for Complexity and Self-management of Chronic Disease (CSCD) is lead by two co-directors, and Executive Committee, PIs of past and current pilot project, senior investigators lending their expertise as mentors, and an External Advisory Committee. Investigator interested in using, contributing and collaborating with Center researchers can be added as members. Applying for membership requires a one page application and submission of a Curriculum Vitae.
